I tested negative for sjogren's but I have many of the symptoms. I have a prescription to help with dry mouth but I haven't filled it because I am tired of taking meds and I have swallowing difficulties from the scleroderma. When my parotid gland became blocked and enlarged, the ENT gave me antibiotics in case of infection. I was told to apply warm compresses and massage the area down and outwards.
