Then I get lightheaded, all within about 10 minutes. And riding in a car...no thank you. Tears start rolling down my face after about 10 minutes because of the pain and uncomfortableness I feel.
And the bumps in the road...ugh. I tried to drive once. I cried. I do not feel ready.

lightheaded after working out, I started low dose estrogen about as I am also having hot flashes. I had blood work done this past week and all was normal. I had a setback the day after surgery. Went back to hospital for 5 days ... Walking? Yeah, I get lightheaded at about the 20-30 minute mark, but I'm an idiot and I keep going.
I generally walk about 30-40 min in the morning and again in the afternoon. Since I started bleeding I've cut this back to one walk in the morning only, same length of time. My poor dh tried to help me out, but he got all queasy and lightheaded in the drs office while she was showing him what to do. Glad your husband can do yours!
