I have incredibly heavy dense breasts with cysts. Dec 2021 I went for my mammo and ultrasounds. They wanted a biopsy. It was distortion and came back benign, but I don’t know exactly what that means (the distortion part).

Hi everyone, I’m a 45-year-old woman dealing with fibrocystic breast condition. I sometimes experience pain and hormonal symptoms that make daily life tough. I'm mostly having one, but I have fibrocystic breasts, and I've entered the PMS phase of my cycle, so I'm dealing with all the fun that comes with that.
